Sir,
I requested for a website to be designed for my Institute in Siliguri West Bengal from a vendor named Metastick Solutions in Durgapur. The website was www.exen.co.in. For the same, they charged us Rs15500 and since the last 1 week, the entire site is not available on the net. I have all the mail interaction with the payment details with me for reference. They promised me life time validity for the website.
Upon calling several times, they state that it will be up in 2 or 3 days but still it is not functioning, need your intervention before i could proceed to a consumer court.
