[Resolved]  Metro Cash And Carry — Charged more then MRP

On 28/09/21 I had purchased fortune 5 litres of oil which is MRP 750/- but metro has charged me Rs 953/- & lifebuoy hand wash 750ml Tag price is Rs 108 but charged me Rs 179/- i tried reaching metro cash & carry by phone but no response so went directly to store but no manager is available only supervisor attended & said once billing is done he or any one others couldn't do anything & just said sorry, i clearly showing the Product MRP & Bill asked on what bases they are charging extra & i asked for the justice but no proper response from metro cash & carry, i had left my details with phone number to reach the store manager but after 24hr also there is no response from the manager or metro cash & carry.

i received a call from Harish Assistent manager Metro cash & carry uppal branch, he has been apologised for the mistake from there side & ready to compensated double the amount of what they have taken extra from me & promised me that this will not repeat again.
