We hired Metro Logsitcs, Bangalroe for shifting from Bangalore to Pune. My complains is as follows : -
1) late delivery by 8-10 days which lead to extra expenses around 5000 (food, extra bedding, cloths and many more).
2) We found that the luggage is badly handled, torned, wet, many dents etc.
3) Damaged TV stand : - Front Glass is broken, scratched etc.
4)Damaged Dinning Table chair, Two legs of chair is badly bent and broken.
5)Damaged Refrigerator, badly dented-non repairable, non salable.
6) I made many calls, I gone through mental harassment and felt cheated.
My claim is around 30000 altogether.below is name and address : -
