This incident happened on 3rd of October, 2022 at near about 8:30- 9 pm at Jatin Das Park Metro, it was an Ashtami night (Durga Puja) and i went to the ticket counter for getting tickets, but the staff at the ticket counter window repeatedly misbehaved with me as he kept me waiting for the remaining balance which he was ought to give me. I asked him politely several instances for the remaining balance to be handed over to me, and he put my ticket aside, rudely stating 'Chal Hatt. Side le', At a time i had to lose my control and put a scene as he was misbehaving for a long time, while i asked him politely for a several times before. The whole incident could be tracked on CCTV.
This is a gentle reminder to the authority concerning, as it says that the Kolkata Metro is a Govt sponsored body. Please note while you recruit people for public dealing, we have been getting complaints of misbehavior from consumers for a long time against the metro staff. This is not good for public figure to get such low reviews from the citizen of Kolkata for the Kolkata Metro's staffs misbehaviors. Was this information helpful? |
