Metro Railway, Kolkata — Online recharge done on 18.3.2021,showing success on transaction history, but balance showing nill after 18 hrs.

Respected sir/mam,
I did my METRO CARD RECHARGE on 18.03.2021 at around 16.55 p.m. . In transaction history it is showing " recharge success" but the balance is showing nill( previous balance Rs.20.00), hence cannot avail metro service. Suggest what to do now?
