I have tried to recharge my metro smartcard through your app on 10th September, 2020. It was successfully done & Rs. 200 was deducted from my bank account. But yesterday when I travelled in the metro, I came to know that my card is not recharged yet & it is showing old balance only. But till date deducted balance not credited to my bank account also. Please find my smart card number as mentioned below & do the needful as earliest.
