Dear sir,
Mysel[censored]tsab Maity. I'm regular passenger of metro rail kolkata. My card no is[protected]. Today (26.8.2021 at 9:01am) i've done online recharge of my card via website of https://mtp.indianrailways.gov.in/KolkataMetroPG/MakePayment.jsp.
I've done recharge of Rs 100 & transaction was successful.But during travel i came to know that actually that amount has not credited in my card wallet. I've raised the same issue to staff of metro ticket counter Baranagar. He told that nowadays they are facing problem in online recharge.
I therefore request you to consider my case on priority basis and arrange to refund the amount at earliest please.
