Metro Railway, Kolkata — Transaction issue

I recharged my metro card online. Using metro ride Kolkata app by top up smart card. The transaction was successful but it's been 3 hours but the balance is not updated yet on my card. Please look into it.and the status says failure.so refund my money as soon as possible. Metro card number:[protected]
