COMPLAINT AGAINST POOR QUALITY METRO LADIES FOOT WEAR BOUGHT BY MRS CHHAVI DALELA BILL NO - DLK\3052 DATED 14 NOV 2014
Dear Sir,
I am a permanent customer of Metro since many years, in fact it will be correct to mention that I wear only Metro foot wears, as they comfortably suit my flat foots.
Lately I have been having to go through lot o[censored]n-comfort and suffering due to poor quality of foot wears been provided to me by Metro store at Karol Bagh, New Delhi.
I had bought the foot wears from Metro Auth & Exclusive Show Room at Karol Bagh, New Delhi. The foot wear were hardly worn, as I rarely get to wear foot wear, being an Senior Officer Wife, we wear these only during social/formal events.
The sandle in case, which has already been deposited at Metro Showroom at Karol Bagh on 14 Nov 2014 (Bill No- DLK\3052), has been giving trouble from the second wear itself. The foot wear which has only been worn three times till date has really given way from all sides ie from strep, heal, inside packing foam & material etc etc. In the third wear itself the sandle totally gave way and all the parts of the sandle came out making it a very embarrassing moment for me where in I had to rush back home, leaving an official social event. The Metro show room at Karol Bagh is showing reluctance to replace these sandle. It is pertinent to mention that repairs will definitely be not possible in this case.
Since I am an Senior Officer’s wife, I keep moving from one station to other. I am presently at Shimla Station and it becomes extremely costly, definitely more than the cost of the foot wear, to send them for repairs to Metro authorized show rooms for repairs.
Let me confess that this speaks very low of Metros and the poor quality of ladies foot wear which are being sold by Metros & extremely poor quality of after sales service being provided by them in case of complaints. In the instant case, since these foot wear have hardly been worn two to three times, they should be instantly replaced, free of cost, to restore confidence of customer.
I would request you for early resolving of my complaint and a satisfactory reply.
