Mettur Super Services — Damaged parcel

Parcel was booked from Koyambedu to Avinashi on 09.06.2022 with GC No. 10339759 When I have picked the parcel on 14.06.2022 at Avinashi MSS office, parcel was damaged but after getting delivery signature only they shown parcel to me. So I asked about this issue to MSS office in Avinashi. They have not responded in a right way and they said we are not responsible for anything. This is not the right way to speak to the customers as MSS doing business in Service sector. So please address this issue and revert me back the actions and steps taken to sort out this issue.
