Mg University — Provisional and OD Certificates is not yet issues

I applied for the degree provisional and original certificates on April 5th, 2023, through Tatkal mode with all required documents and a payment of Rs. 34, 000.00 to MGU. Despite the promised one-month processing time, I have not received any updates or responses regarding my application. Multiple attempts to reach out via phone and email have gone unanswered. Urgently needing these certificates for my career, I kindly request your assistance in prioritizing this matter. Thank you.
