[Resolved]  Mi India.com — Complaint against mi india.com, not returning my mobile and money

Hi sir/madam,

I have ordered one mobile through http://www.mi.com/in date 11 jun 2016 and paid the amount rs.9999 also using hdfc credit card, i have received my order 13 jun 2016 but this mobile is heating issue.

I called mi india customer support and register my complaint on 16 jun 2016 and customer team confirm to me your mobile picked within 48 hr but nobody come to collect my mobile, so many call to mi customer support team but finally nobody com to pick my mobile and same mobile self-courier his given adders on 27 jun 2016 and mobile received 28 jun 2016 mi warehouse bangalore adders.
And discussed with mi india customer support team, support team confirm me your mobile delivered within 5 to 7 working days but still no nobody help for same.
Many times call mi india support team and all the time their response was "sorry sir and please wait some time, there is a technical issue we will surely deliver the your mobile soon" i sent them an email also for the complaint (Ticket received[protected] and asked them to refund the amount if they are unable to deliver the mobile but they have not responded and refund my money.

I already informed them by call as well as by email saying that if you will not reply/take action i will file a complaint against you.

Please take it seriously and help me and other customers also to save from these frauds by taking strict action against them.
