Dear sir,
I had purchase mi4 phone on dt. 07thoct'2017 imi no. [protected] from kanpur dealer. When i purchased it i havn't received any bill because dealer told its online phone so bill should not generate. After 3-4 months its charger create problem (Snap shot attached). I had go to service center, they want bill to change/repair the charger. I said that i havn't recived any bill due to it's online product but they hadn't listen. After all i has go to dealer & told everything & want bill but still he told its online phone, bill not generate. Kindly resolve my problem, i am suffering from the said problem. Kindly change my charger as soon as probable so that my new phone will be working properly. Thanks
