Job Sheet No. NO[protected], Sir, I am highly disappointed with your services in NCR, and before lodging complaint in consumer forum, I would like to bring my complaint to your notice. My mobile A109 stop working just after 6 months of purchasing (purchased on JAN 2015 stopped working on 26 ), it was not switching on even it was used like a baby. I visited uttamnagar service centre as directed by your customer care service but unfortunately they again redirected me shri laxmi enterprises, uttamnagar new Delhi From here second phase of worst experiences of life started, when they refuse to even touch my phone saying we already have a lot of complaints in the queue. Guess what? I waited for 2 hours and tried to speak each person standing other side of counter to understand my situation as I don't have any backup phone and my phone is switched off from 13 days. At last around 1:00 pm they took my phone and gave me a Job Sheet No. NO[protected], on 10 sep 2015 and they informed me that if it goes for hardware replacement it will take 15 days to get the job done and I could hardly believe them as people standing in the queue were already waiting since 1 months, anyways I didn't have any option but to believe them. Now I tried to follow up obviously buy trying to call the mobile and other numbers provided by them and not so surprised [protected] is the number. What options now? Go to shri lexmi enterprises, uttam nagar new delhi to get the status, call customer care. I did both, first I Call them and got expected reply that phone has been send for some hardware replacement wait for 15 days. Then after waiting for 20 days I called customer care and received a complaint with status is pending and again wait for 20 days to expect some status update. Today 27-sep-2015 after 1 month still status is pending and customer care are not sure what the problem in phone was and when I can get my phone
