Micromax Yu! Yureka — Phone broken and company is not replacing | |
I had bought the phone on 5th Feb 2015 via amazon.in, and the since then have been facing overheating and proximity sensor issues.
Now in 1st week of April 2015 the screen broke. I was told that a swap request has been placed and device will be replaced for Rs.3000/-.
I agreed, and was told 23 days ago that the request has been placed.
Now till today, i have received no communication. Whenever I call the customer care, they have no clue as to the status of my device replacement swap request. All they say is that it will take some time, and they don't know how much. My screen has broken and in the meantime the shards of glass from the screen have started falling and the company still has no clue how to replace the device. I call almost daily and still they know nothing. I am tired of their 'sorry' and excuses. They are harassing me on a daily basis. They do not know how long I may have to wait, just tell me sometime. It could be 3 more weeks or 3 months, they don't know.
The customer care asks for my details every time but always say that someone will call me in 48hrs, but nobody ever calls me back. They always say your device will be replaced in sometime, but till now no action has been taken. They do not communicate themselves the status of my issue, and every time I call, I have to wait almost 10 minutes before I can get through to anyone. And they know nothing as to how to help.
This is such a bad company, here in the Indian market to fleece people out of money. The executives don't know how to do anything. They are all useless. I want them to just take my phone and give me my money back because of their poor customer service.
I had purchased this phone after saving up money for so long, that to bought it from someone for Rs.1000/- extra than the market price. Now the company and their 'we don't care' attitude is greeting to me.
My Rs.10000 has already been wasted and they are asking me for Rs.3000/- more. And the longer they take, the longer I am without a phone. I had to buy a replacement phone just because they are taking so long to replace this. This phone instead of helping me has burdened me with more financial problems. I want these people punished for what they are doing to innocent customers in Indian market. Was this information helpful? | |
