Complaint ticket no-1041654 YU yureka is the worst smartphone and the customer service is also very third class.I have registered the complaint three times but the customer service is very irresponsible. I am facing the following problem 1.My phone is heating up very much. 2.Even small apps are crashing. 3.After five to ten minutes o[censored]se phone automatically gets switch off. 4.Otg in not working. 5.Booting issue, phone takes 15 to 20mins for simply starting up. 6.Phone data cable is not working. Customer care service are not resolving the problem.
