I was purchase my lumia 640xl phone from surat and at that time microsoft commit me about offer and now they are jot giving me benefit and not even answer to me properly. They are doing fraud with me... I want to complain against microsoft mobile company to fraud with me and miss guide me.. I don't want their phone and i want my money back... I want solution quickly about it
