MIET — I'm Complaining about the mayhem caused by the stray dogs of my locality

This is regarding the mayhem caused by the stray dogs of my locality.
There are a lot of street dogs(around 10) in a park area.
In the day time the dogs jumps on the vehicle parked to catch and kill squirrels or cats resulting in damaging the vehicle.
My new car has several scratches in just a day's time. This is really sad to experience as it has been high on my budget and has emotional and financial values attached to it.
At night, bites people and create noises till late at night by barking and crying for no reason causing lots of disturbance.
Please send a municipal van to catch the dogs guilty.
