Returned a pair of shoes I did not like from shop Mistry ( mill leather is the parent company).
They first told me i had to pay 799 to return the item which I agreed with even though I felt it was weird. Then they picked up the shoes and did not send me any update as to if the shoes had even reached them. Kept lying and then then finally said they recieved them on 14th August and I will get my refund in 2-3 days. It’s the 30th now and they have stopped responding to my mails. Spoke to some more people and was told this is not the first time they have done this.
