Milton — Milton is misleading with the customer | |
I have purchased Milton premium 3 burner (BLUE) through Amazon and finally it has been delivered in Feb 2021. Surprisingly, it has been seen that paint of the Stove is coming out from many places. I contacted to Amazon Service Centre, who advised me to contact Milton company for claiming warranty for the same. It is highly surprising to see that Milton is not resolving the issue and only claiming Quality assurance for this product immensely but product has got defected in just 6 month period. This is just a rubbish quality of product has been DELIVERED BY MILTON on Amazon. Kindly do needful in the matter and to resolve the issue. KINDLY NOTE THAT this defects came out in just 06 months as against warranty of 1 year and extended warranty of 6 months additional. Milton has delivered rubbish product through AMAZON to the customer and showing disinterest attitude having denial mode to resolve the issue. Details of the purchase is attached herewith for reference. Kindly do needful in the matter An early action under advice is highly appreciated.
