Milton — Milton Thermosteel - flask is getting hot from outside and not keeping water hot

Hi,

I had purchased Milton Thermosteel flip lid flask 1000 ml from Amazon in Feb-2020. Currently after filling hot water in the flask it is getting very hot from outside and water is also getting cool down very soon as compared to the earlier. I tried to call on Milton customer care, but nobody is responding. Kindly do the needful on this.
