I purchased a Milton Hot Cold Water Bottle from authorised dealer 4 months ago . I used it hardly 2 or 3 times flask of the bottle breakdown & it does not fell down. It does not work properly . I had also registred a complaints in the company but not hear about this and does not take any step for this.I requset you please solve this matter as soon as possible

I brought a Milton tharmosteel flask 1000 ml before few days . The products not keeping water/milk hot even 4 hours.as its mentioned the product keep hot 18 hours to 24 hours. So the product is failed and quality is so poor.
