Dear Sir, we had purchased a desktop from dell india online on[protected] vide order no. is[protected]. On the day, there is offer of canon printer 3010 at discounted price and our product is eligible for same. After purchase when we are trying to redeem the offer on dell offer site, it says we are not eligible for same as the same is upto 09-01-23 whereas we shared the screen shot of offer which is valid upto[protected] but they refuse to give benefit and asked us to contact the sales team. The sales team is not responding to our mails and if we call on toll free they keep the call on hold till it get disconnected. Therefore we have no other option but to write here. This is clear breach of sales terms and we are being cheated by your esteem organisation.
