I have ordered a product online and payment has been successfully made.
It has been more than 15 days since i made the order. There is no method
to track the order and customer care literally doesn't exist. No messages or calls are attended by them.
The order no. is 039749
The online payment of Rs. 2190/- has already been made.
Please look into this matter. If the company has stopped the operation then the payment gateway should also be blocked. I have also heard that when we make complaints on this forum they will send u a defective piece & there is no chance of exchanging it. Please take some action against such Frauds.
