Miracas International — Credit slips missing in my account

Hi,

I have couple of credit slips that are are found missing when i tried to open my account today. The worth of those credit slips is[protected]+190). I tried reaching out customer care[protected], but i hear same voice each evry time saying 'sorry.. All our representatives are busy!!!'. I tried nearly hundred times a day. I get the same response. Could you please refund the money back to my bank account?

And voucher for 190/- has been generated when the order has been raised (#74169). Voucher generation date -24/12/2015

Credit slip for 3290/- is generated for the return of the above order (#74169)
Voucher generation date - 19/feb/2016

Both the above vouchers are going to expire in dec'2016.

Please initiate the refund process.
