Miracas International — non delivery of item twice | |||||
Sir, I have made one order on january2018 but order was not delivered, also they have not refunded the money to my account instead they credited to miracas wallet. Again i made another order on 2nd sept2018 but still i have not recieved yet. All the time company make excuses that my order is pending with indian customs at the delhi international airport and after few days they will cancel my order and credit my amount to miracas wallet and which i dont want. My question is that if a company cant clear a simple custom duty of cloth item then how come they run a company. I want my full money to be credited to my account.
