Hi,

I had ordered a leather jacket on 31-12-16, worth Rs.1353.20. Ref No. - 58843. I had made online payment. EBS Payment ID[protected].
After 45 days I received a mail saying order got failed by your end. and my amount has been credited to my miracas account. I request you to credit it to my personal bank account.

I have been trying to get connected through your customer care number.
but every time I get that tape recording saying all customer care executives are busy. I guess you better work on resolving customers query or soon you will lose your valuable customers. I believe I would dare not purchasing from you hereafter.

I have ordered a jacket worth Rs. 2000 on 31st- December-2016.

I have made online payment. Please let me know when shall I expect my

order to get delivered. Referance No. 5883. if it gets delayed even more

please refund my amount to my personal bank account and not the miracas

account. Please resolve my issue at earliest as its been more than 3 months

now.
