This is a third party process and usually takes 2-3 working days. But sometimes, if the Indian Customs asks for specific details, this process can take more time. A few days ago I ordered a product with order id #48157. Yesterday the tracking was showing that the order is in the last stage and today it was supposed to get cleared and get ready for delivery. But today i am getting a new update that showing that there is a cuatom clearence undergoing in New Delhi. I have no idea why this update is showing when it was only yeaterday when everything was cleared. I hope to get a positive reply in between 2-5 business days.
I messaged you guys but got no reply. That kind of attitude is not expected from a online brand. I look forward to get a mail or message as reply and a progress in tracking on or before 5 business days.
