Miracas International — Regarding refund

I purchased a jacket worth rs. 3200 approx. whose order no. was 70692, but the quality of that jacket which I received was worst and also not as per my expection, so I returned it back but they have not given the amount back instead of that they given a voucher to purchase something else from the same online store which is Miracas.com. but I don't like any other product available.
