Miracas International — still waiting for refund

I have made an order no. 101986 dated 05.07.2017 amounting rs.1090/- payment made online. After two months i got mail at company side that they can not delivered the item within certain time. Hence the order was cancelled at company side but they did not give the refund or credit voucher of rs.1090/-. After that i made another order no.133921 dated 23.10.2017 of amounting rs.990/-for this i made partially payment of rs.409/- with my credit voucher. But this item was also not delivered to me and cancelled by company side but in this case still they do not give the credit voucher.
