Miracas International — suing mircas of fraud and stealing

I have ordered a dress worth 2k on march 16 and was told my order would arrive on april 4th. After that they stated that my order is stuck in the delhi airport. Eversince, my order is "still stuck". I have called them multiple times and sent them a dozen emails. All i get is contact[protected] which is # up coz everytime i call them either, their "agents" are all busy. This is a # lie and these people and company are just scamming people of their money and time. I really want a refund or i'm definitely going to sue mircas. We have many witness and victims of this fraud. This is manipulation of online payment and stealing.
