Miracas — Item ordered and yet not received

I have ordered a watch worth Rs.3490 from provided website with order id "#040217" on 15th of October, according to the site goods should be delivered within 7-10 days and it has been approximate 45 days from ordered date and still I have not received that item. On its website, the status is showing in process. I mailed them 10 times but no reply. Called customer care but no response. Please try helping me out
