[Resolved]  Miracas — Order not dispatched and no response from company

Hello, I ordered one top from Miracas, the details of which are given below, I am not able to track the order. They have not given any the tracking details and not even mentioned the estimated day when I will receive my order? I tried calling them on their customer care no :[protected]. I also mailed them but got one computer generated mail. It has been 16 days and I have no clue about my top. Please help me asap.
