Miracas — Payment done but order not received

I am still waiting for message or call from Miracas.com. This is totally unprofessional and a FRAUD COMPANY.

I ordered a Jacket (order# 053580) on 8th January 2015. I used my debit card to pay the amount of Rs.3299/- & the transaction process was smooth. It has been more than 14 days and I haven't received the order, the customer care number provided seems to be a fraud as it always says "representatives are busy, plz. try later" and i also spoke to Ms. Carol in customer care and she always says your order will be placed asap and when i requested her to transfer my call to your manager than she said sorry sir i'll not be able to transfer this call to my manager bcz my manager is gone outside to have something and smoke, this is totally unprofessional. when i request her to arrange a call back than she said ok my manager will get in touch with you within 15 to 20 Mins and i m still waiting for call back from last 4 days. I must say Miracas is totally unprofessional and a fraud company. Can you help in getting my money refund. Thanks, Aakash (M: [protected])
