[Resolved] Miracas — Product not delivered and product history also delete from account

I ordered a product at Miracas on 10.11.2014. That day itself I registered myself on this website. I ordered a hood worth rs 1990 from men's section. I have bank proof regarding this purchase. The price had been deducted from my account on MIRACAS POS. But now my order is not showing in my account anywhere. On 10 th I could see my order on MIRACAS account. I FEEL LIKE I'VE BEEN DUPED. I won't let the matter vanish in thin air. I tried calling customer care numerous times but they didn't pick up my call even once. I'll take it to consumer court if I don't get my money back or my product.
