[Resolved]  Miracas — Product not received

Hi,

I had ordered a gift for a friend on 1st January, 2015, considering it will be shipped in 7 working days. However, there is not status update from them since 2nd January. When I tried calling their customer care no., Nobody responded and neither have they replied to my mails. I tried contacting them on the online chat, however, they are always offline. The payment of Rs. 3590 is already done and the product status is unknown. The site seems to be fraud site. Kinldy take some action against them and get my money back.
