Mirchi Park Gardener — Cutting of trees in public garden

Time and again the trees in the public parks in the vicinity of my area ( Nirman nagar, jaipur) are cut by either the gardener or his relatives and close friends and the wood is used by them for their personal uses or they simply sell it off which isn't right because all this 'cutting of trees' thing happens without a permit from local govt. authorities and solely done on the gardener's whim.
It is quite ironic that the gardener appointed by the government for the welfare of the park and surroundings is harming and damaging the park himself.
One such incident took place at Mirchi park on April17, 2021 at around 4:30 pm when two to three trees were cut by two men closely related to the gardener in his presence and when I asked them about the situation they started lying and tried to avoid me.
I took a few pictures capturing one of the people who cut the tree and one in which the gardener and his family were simply watching it all happen.
I've attached the pictures and I request the respective concerned govt. authorities to look into this matter and solve it so that this dosen't happen at any public park without permit, not to mention that this happens quite often at many parks near my residence and I happened to catch these people red handed this time.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
