Mit School Of Distance Education [Sde] — scholarship

I'm trying hard get to get my scholarship 2010-11 m. Pharm kothrud pharmacy college from 9 year. Still not getting worst ever university i ever experienced. I think scholarship had given by social welfare office but college keeping it within their pocket. Or had done something with my money. Even though i belongs from sc still not getting. How come this is possible.
