Dear sir/madam,
I am naveen kumar s/o mr vijay yadav we bought 43" mitashi led on 26 aprl 2018 from best price modern wholesale wal-mart agra with 3 years of warranty. Within one year it started developing problem with its screen. I tried to complain but its care number could not be connected, any how on 30aprl 2020 i logged an online complain (Complain no[protected]a0003) but no response for months. On 8th june an engineer came and checked it and raised replacement report. No progress for months, then i called mitashi care, they gave me a mob number of area manager mr. M aslam who promised me to replace led within 15 days and after 15 days he offered me to buy an upper model after paying 10, 000 more but i denied then he again told me to wait for 15 more days and after that he stopped picking up my call, again i call mitashi care they gave me a new number of mr deepak saxena saying mr aslam left the job. On 29 july mr deepak send another engineer who checked and told us to wait for 10 more days, after 10 days i called mr deepak who said your led is despatched and reached agra but he's unable to trace it as all the workers from agra resigned for mitashi and told me to wait again for 10-15 days.
Now i am frustrated calling them and listening there excuses they all are making fool and passing time, my led is in non working condition more than 6 months.
Please help me sir either my led should replace or i want my money back. I am attaching a copy of e-way bill and warranty card on my father's name
