The Company and / or its Authorised Dealer - M/s AC&R Applicances Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai have cheated us - senior citizen Customers and fraudulently sold 3 years old manufactured 4 Nos. 1.9 T split A.C.'s and also in respect of 3 out of the 6 Nos. of 1.5 Ton A.C.'s sold - gas recharging has been done 8 times - it is like we are living with local assembled A.C.'s. Inspite of writing "N" of emails and repeated requests & complaints, the Authorised Dealer / Company are not exchanging these 3 Year old manufactured / imported A.C.'s which are not giving proper and sufficient cooling - it is taking nearly 60 to 90 minutes to get some noticeable cooling in a living room of around 325 sq. ft. area using 2 Nos. - 1.9 T=3.8 T A.C.'s - 3.8 T A.C.'s are not able to cool a living room with a area of around 325 sq. ft. We for the last time and final time request you you to replace and exchange these 3 years old A.C.'s failing which we will have no other alternative but to adopt appropriate legal proceedings against the Authorised Dealer and Company including filing a case in the Consumer Court and also claim damages for the hardships, inconvenience, mental agony and torture that we are going through since the last one year. We have also lodged a complaint with the PMO's office in this matter
