Mitsubishi Electric India — New ac installed by Singhal agencies but AC not giving Cooling at all

Dear concern Singhal Agencies Vrindavan Providing very poor service Since AC installed not giving Colling blower is giving hot air..
When I contact store they said we cannot resolve your issue..and also they talk in very bad language..it's not acceptable at all ...
Kindly take appropriate action and resolve issue immediately...
