Mitsubishi Electric India — Regarding service of my air conditioners

Respected sir/madam,
I am a resident of ludhiana residing at 1, orchard villa, barewal road, adjoining magnet resort. It is to bring into your notice that i bought 6 air conditioners of mitsubishi electric vide bills no.23 dt 16/4/2015, 97 dt. 7/5/2015, 328 dt. 27/6/2015 from bandbox electronics pvt. Ltd. At ludhiana 1 year back. There are 2 persons in ludhiana with whom i had talk regarding service of my air conditioner i. E mr atul and mr. Gaurav. I was promised to be given 3 services for free in warranty period i. E for 1 year, when i called these persons to send people for service of my a/cs, first they did not send any person for service despite my calling them manyatimes. You will be shocked to know that they sent the persons after calling for so many days for servicing only 1 a/c
And the persons sent by them were untrained, unprofessional and irresponsible and when they were doing service of my a/c, they put a defect in that a/c, so i sent them back and was very disappointed seeing the after sale service to a consumer i. E me.
Instead they took rs.2000 for filling of gas in my one of the a/cs, which is in warranty period, which is indeed very shocking and shameful on their part, the persons like these are spoiling the name of your esteemed company by doing all this. And then they completed my 1 year without giving me 3 free services, so that i should pay for it, despite my calling them again and again. Now mr. Atul and mr. Gaurav at your ludhiana service center are asking for money taking the plea that now warranty time is over. I request you to please look into the matter and take strictest and strongest action against these persons and get the service done of all my a/cs from properly trained persons so that i get proper after sale services as your consumer. It is my request also to take prompt action so that i get my a/c service done as early as possible and take strongest action against persons like mr. Gaurav and mr. Atul, so that they cannot harass a consumer in future and cannot bring bad name to your esteemed company.

If no action is taken in this matter promptly, i will be forced to go to the hon'ble consumer courts and give the matter to different tv media channels.

An early action will be highly appreciated.
