[protected] Purchase date 7 th May 2014 Invoice no. 000146 i purchased a 5 star split ac srk 20 cks-6 i year back from a local vendor in India. ever since the installation the after sales service provided have been pathetic. Since the first day i haven't been satisfied with the cooling and every time i call the supports here they tell me they'll look into it and never send a representative. it is only after weeks of calling daily they send a representative who comes and assures me that the ac is fine checks the gas which is a few notches below normal and tells me to observe for a day or two. they does not provide me a complaint number or feedback or complaint resolution form. And when i contact them again i have to repeat the process again. This year in March while the unit was in warranty i called the representative and he came after a week to tell me that the whole Gas has leaked out. he refilled it patched up with a yellow tape and left. after a month i was not satisfied with the cooling and i called again. this time too the gas had apparantly leaked with a pressure of 50 even though i got it filled a month back, through a defect and said he ll come back in the evening. I keep calling for the next 2 weeks and they send a new person after 2 weeks to say the gas is fine and the ac is out of warranty and is working fine even though the grill temperatures at best are 14 degree celsius after standing there for 20 minutes and the similar unit in the next room( purchased 2 years back) is showing grill temperatures of 11 celsius after a few seconds of turning it on. Clearly no cooling since i am sweating in the room with the ac running at 18 Celsius. Still no complaint number or feedback/ customer satisfacton form and this time thay asked to pay up for the last weeks service...the piece has been faulty since the purchase clearly and I am left with no alternatives but to purchase a Daikin ac and throw this one since the unit is no longer in warranty and the support is useless even though i am willing to pay for the repair.
