We went on a trip to Europe & took Matrix Sim card. They sent us option of paying Rs.6000/-- or Credit Card details. We did a blunder by handing over Credit Card details ( As we read complaints filed by users having given credit card details it is horrific, good things posted on this site is a SHAM by Matrix team members, as this portal provides for complaints & not recommendations for product use.
Any way, We bought a DATA PACK 500 MB post our travel @ GBP 29.00 & got it activated on 14th July with help of Matrix team, for basic browsing on our Tablet, as WIFI facility is provided at all Hotels, café, shops virtually every where in Europe. Matrix has shot us a bill of Rs 37, 430.61 ( Rs 23, 538.00 data usage for one day ). They sent us a message on 17th July that the "DATA PACK HAS BEEN USED UP", But on close scrutiny of bill we find only 400MB were shown used. We turned of our MOBILE DATA immediately. The bill shows that post that message 100 MB Data used on following day & additional 381MB used with next 24 hrs.
We have requested Matrix team to provide details of our DATA consumption, but as arrogant they are, they refuse to assist & are pushing there illegally claimed charges on us.
