I have a corporate policy from national india assurance company with tpa medsave. My wife was undergoing treatment with mkw hospital rajouri garden delhi which falls under ppn list of hospital however hospital is still denying to aceept the cashless procedure and forcing us to go for re-imbursement. I had a word at reception where first they simply denied to accept medsave claim then when i insisted their tp counsellot asked to consult with doctor as they have some issues related with payment from medsave. When i consulted doctor archana pathak, she also refused to offer cashless facility rather started forcing for re-imbursement. I have already contacted my tpa medsave and they have no payment issues and hospital is registered with them however then also hospital management is not allowing us to go through cashless treatment.
