Mmts — Unfriendly stations/staff and facilities

A beautiful service like MMTS is not being used to its full capacity.
1. The stations look orphan - no attentive police/security personnel. Behave indifferently to people crossing tracks.
2. Purchasing tickets with a simple QR code is a big deal. A typical govt service mentality staff, Plz hire metro staff on contract.
3. No information is displayed on any board on arrival of trains and train routs as well.
4. Trains display destinations on the front if you miss it you are clueless until you board the train and pass station.
5. Lift is a must for senior and physically challenged people.
6. Please raise ticket price to minimum 10 rs and spend on essential facilities.
