Mobel India Pvt Ltd — Damaged sofa set/ late delivery/harassment - tax inv no. A3787 dated 15/03/2016

This is with reference to subject invoice, please note that we placed the order of one sofa set at 'Mobel India Pvt Ltd, Homeland, 18B Ashutosh Mukherjee Road, Kol 700020'' on 31/01/2016. Please find below the series of events which lead to harassment:
1. The order was placed on 31/01/2016 with 50% advance payment. During order placement, it was clearly informed to us by their Sales person Mr. Samiron that the delivery will be done after 12-15 days from order placement date i.e. by 15/02/2016 and subsequently balance 50% amount shall be paid after delivery.
2. The design and size of sofa was clearly discussed and agreed with them during order placement. However, even after 10-12 days the order was not delivered, rather we received the call from seller that they are not clear about the design and size of sofa which was clearly discussed and agreed during order placement. Subsequently, as per the attached email, we again send the the revised design on 13/02/2016.
3. In last week of February, after several followups, they suddenly asked us to pay 100% amount and they denied their commitment that balance 50% amount shall be paid after delivery. Upon several followups, they asked us that we must pay 100% amount otherwise they will not deliver the order and the 50% advance (already paid) during order placement shall not be refunded. We found it useless to argue with their lie and we finally agreed to pay 100% advance.
4. After payment the Sofa set was finally delivered on 15/03/2016. But to our disbelief, it was delivered unwrapped and in DAMAGED CONDITION with severe cut in the outer body of Sofa. Moreover, there were black spots allover. We immediately called all the possible/available numbers of Mobel Furniture but no body picked up our calls. Lastly, somebody picked the call from the store but he diverted the call to somebody and in return he again diverted to somebody else. But to our disbelief they hang up the call on our face. Then lastly we managed to contact them and they assured us that their technician will reach us next day to check the damage and he shall repair it on site. But even after a week nobody from MOBEL has reverted till now.

We are not sure what to do and how to proceed further. Even in challan we mentioned all the details of damage. Apart from the aforementioned issues, the behavior of sales person and manager was disrespectful.
