Respected Sir,
I purchased LAVA X900 XOLO BLK handset on 30/09/2012. Within next
2 months I started getting network problem in the handset. I tried to contact customer
service Toll free no. but many times I was not able to talk with the customer assistant.
Then I send an e-mail on 25th feb 2013 to xolo care and same day I received reply
and then pickup of my handset was arranged. My handset was picked up on
6th March 2013 the with in 5 days I received it back my handset back but with the
same problem unrepaired. Again my handset was picked up on 15 march 2013 and
after 8 days I received it back but very shame full that the problem was not solved
and over on that the handset was not even properly packed. The backside cover was
open. By seeing this condition I registered online compliant at National Consumer
Helpline. On 10th April 2013 my handset was again picked up for servicing purpose
and till now it has been not received. Sir this handset has manufacturing defect and

I had purchased a xolo x900 around two months back. After developing a network reception snag, the same was revers pick-up from my place almost a month back.Since then, after umpteen mails and phone calls, no satisfactory answer has been provided to me regarding the status of my handset.
Requesting you to look into the matter and lessen my woes.
