My name is Aniruddha Hande and number is [protected]. I was interested in buying iphone 7 pulse (256GB)and was in touch with Andrew Victor (+234 [protected]) one of the representative from Mobile Phones Direct. We agreed on Rs 32000/ towards purchase /sell of this mobile. As confirmed by Andrew payment of Rs. 8000/- was done in one of the company representative who has account in India. (10/08/2017 -payment was done through IMPS)
Two days before Andrew send me message and was asking for more money Rs.10000/- as the shipment was held in Pakistan and these people are asking for brief.
I told him the payment shall be done on delivery as per the agreed terms. Till date i have not received by iphone and he also refused for refund of my money.
Andrew is not responding to my SMS also.
Please look into this and resolve this problem on priority.
