Mobile Recharge — money debited but bill not paid

I had made electricity bill payment on 22 dec 19 of ₹ 2893 vide customer reference no.[protected]. But jharkhand urja vitran nigam limited account has not been credited. Kindly look into the issue and make a suitable arrangement so that the problem does not recur. My address is hazaribagh jharkhand. This is the second time that i have faced this problem. Kindly avert this in near future.
